Edgevix Technology Limited does not collect your teaching records. Student aliases, optional contact information, lessons, notes and credit history are stored locally on your device. We do not run an account server, collect analytics, display advertising or track users.

Apple processes subscriptions and supplies verified subscription status to the app. Apple’s policies apply to purchases and device backups that you enable.

PDF, CSV and JSON backups contain the records you enter. The app shares these only when you choose a destination through the system sharing or Files interface. You control that destination and its access permissions.

There are no student login accounts, automatic messages or tuition collection. Use aliases and omit contact information you do not need. Removing the app removes local records. It does not delete exported files or system backup copies, and it does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage those separately. Retain a private backup if you want to restore your ledger.

For support, email support@edgevix.com. Send only fictional test data, never student records or credentials. This policy will be updated before introducing any new data collection.
