Add a household, add each pet and their tasks, and choose Schedule visit. Open Today, start the visit, record each pet’s care and finish. Unchecked tasks remain “Not recorded.” Review reports before sharing.
Studio → Export full backup creates a JSON file containing your complete workspace, including photos. Store it securely. On your new device, use Restore backup and confirm replacement. Invalid files leave existing data unchanged. There is no automatic device-to-device synchronization.
Deleting the app does not delete exported files or system backup copies, and does not cancel your subscription. Delete those copies separately and manage subscriptions through Apple.
Studio → PawVisit Pro → Restore purchases reloads subscriptions for your current Apple Account. Your saved records and basic exports stay available after cancellation. For Apple billing help, visit Apple billing support.
Pet profile edits affect new visits. Open follow-ups remain visible until resolved. Reports contain device-recorded times, not certified evidence. The image is a concise summary; the PDF has the full care record and photos.
