Effective October 3, 2026. Edgevix TidyTurn is an offline workspace for independent cleaners.
Places, room templates, visits, notes, follow-ups and selected photos are stored on your device with iOS file protection. We do not operate a server that receives these records. TidyTurn contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
You choose individual images with Apple’s photo picker. Imported images are resized and re-encoded as JPEG. Reports and complete backup files leave the app only when you choose a sharing destination. Backups contain private customer material; keep them secure. Your iOS device backup settings may also include app data.
Apple processes payments and provides verified purchase information used to determine Pro access. We do not receive payment card details. App Store operations require network access.
Export or restore a complete backup without a subscription. Archive a place to stop new planning, or delete all local records in Settings. Deleting records does not cancel an Apple subscription. Deleting the app does not remove previously exported copies or system backups; manage those separately in the destination or your device backup settings.
Do not store lock codes or unnecessary sensitive information. TidyTurn does not collect location, monitor employees or automatically send messages. Recorded times are self-reported and are not certified evidence.
Contact support@edgevix.com for privacy or support questions. Send only fictional test data, never customer details, private photos or complete backups. During beta you can also use TestFlight feedback.
